Hi folks,  Too cold for me to garden.  Popped to SM this morning for odds and ends and now plan to stay in the house and relax.  I can't seem to get warm, despite tights under my jeans, tee under my fleece and fingerless gloves on my hands.  Dreading next week and keeping fingers crossed for no snow as I've got to get across to the boys Mon and Tues p.m.
Might do some drawing this afternoon or find a film to watch on TV.
Sorry to hear you are feeling under the weather Hazel.
Hugs to everyone who needs them.
Hi from Kingswinford in the West Midlands
  • .Hazel hope you’ll have some relief soon.  A walk with Dad today, saw three grey squirrels in the trees close by.  Drizzle when we set off but subsided.  Lots of daffodils and crocuses flowering on verges and snow drops.

Good afternoon everyone. I had a good meet up with Jack today and he is keeping very well, though, like us, he is feeling the cold. We had lots of tea and gossip then as I was leaving I made him a cup of coffee - his request. I still miss seeing little Kitty asleep on her blanket.
Hazel I was sorry to hear about the flare up you are experiencing. I do hope you will be able to get another prescription of the things that helped you the first time around.
Yvie, I am wishing the cold weather stays further away through this week. It hasn't got above 5°C here and is supposed to fall to 0°C with rain and drizzle tonight. Deep joy!
Rosie, it does sound as if you had a nice walk with your Dad today. I've seen lots of Spring flowers around here when I've been out. I bet that you were both dressed up nice and warm.

    Evening all,

A nothing day topped off with a very unenjoyable 90 mins viewing. Oh well - tomorrow is another day. At least eldest's orchid is happy. Started to flower again.

Good morning all. Sorry about the footie @Biglad. That is a beauty and more flowers to open too. I'll take a picture of one of mine later.
Very wet outside here but at least it isn't snow as yet. I had a very disrupted night - an excuse for an easy day.

I hope that whatever you have planned for today it goes well. Good wishes to Hazel and Busy's OH that today is less painful than yesterday. I have to wait for the postie to pick up another parcel from me today - fingers crossed he arrives sooner rather than later
