The doctor has just been to see me again and I will most likely have to have a pacemaker fitting. The cardiologist will see me tomorrow.

Pauline, that will be such a good thing. My brother-in-law had one fitted about 10 years ago and he has been so much better. He just has to make sure when he flies to France that he avoids the scanners. He has a special medical note to allow him to be taken through the 'safe' gates. Fingers crossed that they get you all sorted out.

The flying won't be a problem for me LB. I have never even been to an airport let alone on a plane.

Looks like I might be getting an early birthday pressie.

Good morning everyone. Midweek again. Today could be THE gardening day as its green bin day tomorrow and I want something more than just little waste food (Lily's) bags in it.

    Morning all,

Spent all afternoon in the garden yesterday. Looks tidier and I'm hoping that the public feline footpath that seems to exist has now been disrupted. The lower branches of the honeysuckle that is adorning the shed have been damaged, presumably by the passing traffic of cats squeezing through and round the back of the shed. Hoping that it is now blocked up enough for them to take another route to the public feline WC that doubles as my back garden.

The garden waste bin is starting to fill again and I even remembered to pay for it the other day! First collection of 2023 (bar the random January one that they chuck in) will be next month.

Taking one of our fleet of cars ;) to the garage today and then making my way back by foot/bus. Can't remember the last time I caught a bus. Do they still have conductors?  :D

Good morning Biglad. Are you old enough to have a bus pass?

Hello all. Lovely day yesterday seeing Thomas and my daughter we went to the park and had a nice brunch in the cafe. Fiancé was very busy last night with valentines and galantines meals which seem to be getting popular.
Back to work today hoping it’s not too busy.
