    I love snowdrops,but they all too samey for ME to get excited about and they don't last long enough.

    I love snowdrops too, but I'd rather have masses of common ones than subtly different special ones that I'd be scared of losing. I'm not there yet with the masses, but I'm hoping the batch I planted this time last year will gradually bulk up.

  • Hullo, new to this site.. was googling nigellas, got sidetracked remembering the seeds are edible and now here we are:) 
    Anyway hi from Australia.. I suspect most are in their late winter out there, but here to say: 'phwoar it's a scorcher!' (I live in tas so more of a four seasons in one day kinda life down here). Greetings plant friends!

    I didn't know you could eat Nigella seeds.
    I like to eat fuchsia fruits, I have one in particular which makes lovely fat fruits.
