We're finally having lots of lovely rain which means I don't feel guilty about staying indoors sewing, not that I can do much gardening at the mo till the new knee settles in properly.

The other RTBC is I've found us a GP.   My original one retired.  His replacement was fired for misconduct 18 months ago.  OH's GP retired in May.   No replacements for either one.  Now a new lady has joined a practice about 15kms away and is willing to take on his ex patients - good to know should we have the need.

This morning the sky was a bright blue, the sun was out, but low mist was hanging over the valley this side of the Downs.  Absolutely beautiful.  ❤️

@BenCotto,  Are you somewhere nice by the coast by any chance? Lovely scenery.

The torrential rain has pretty much cleaned the windows, so I can knock that off my to-do list, where it had been languishing for some while. 👍

No, Lizzie, unfortunately. I was just turning Nanny B’s photo so it could be appreciated better.

Lots of people with normal ear function don't listen either @pansyface.  It's particularly irritating when I make an announcement at patch club and then get asked "when?" or "what?".   It's no better if I send the info by email - they don'tread them.

With natural hearing, you can, to some extent,  filter out things that you don't want to hear or decide who you wish to listen to in a crowd. Don't take it too personally, though😉
    In London. Keen but lazy.
