    Good morning all.

Wind and rain, perfect combination to get wet, and it's cold. Last night I fall asleep on the sofa, and woke around 4am. I must go, and I'll use my car again.

Have a nice and warm day. See you all later.

Good morning all. Frosty here but the snow has gone. Just on bus on way to work I do hate these early mornings. Work very busy again yesterday we are trying to work more efficiently but people can be very impatient. We ask for 24 hours after receipt to dispense prescriptions and many people don’t want to give us even 24 minutes!
These are regular repeat prescriptions. Waiters( people who have just seen the doctor) are given priority.

Good morning all. Ante, I think you have caught sleeping on the sofa from Biglad and his CA. I do hope that you and Max don't get too wet when you walk later today. Good idea to use the car. Very frosty here and I've heard on the TV that Manchester Airport has had to close due to snow. Thats not a million miles from me.
Debs, there are some people who are so rude and think that everything is just about 'them'. I think it is unforgivable of them to take it all out on the poor pharmacy staff.
Lets hear it for the snow Snoopy comics Snoopy love Charlie brown comics

    Morning all,
another keen frost today, but no snow thankfully. It looks pretty on cards, but that’s where it should stay 😁.
No big plans for today. We took a trip out yesterday for a spot of retail therapy, and for once I found what I was looking for. Then we treated ourselves to a nice meal whilst out, so no cooking for me when we got home.
My Pilates class very shortly, so I’d better get myself ready. Have a good day.

Morning all. Up and out early again this morning to SM for weekly bits and bobs of food. It was very quiet thankfully but the car park was a little frosted over in places. Back home to the warmth and central heating on. An afternoon of knitting and relaxing beckons now ( although I've had to resort to getting some fine linen type white gloves to knit with as the wool is really dry and rough ( that I'm using) and is making my hands very sore. I've cut the finger tips out too to make better handling of needles).
Enjoy  your day everyone, whatever you may do and keep warm and safe if outside.

Morning all. Been a few very cold but lovely bright and sunny days here. I can cope with the cold and the sun is very lifting.

Lovely to see @Yviestevie again but I was sorry to hear that your OH is not so good. Thoughts and best wishes are with you both.

Rubee - look after yourself after that tumble.

BL - any more news from the hospital yet? Fingers crossed for you.

I seem to have loads of jobs to do and zero enthusiasm for any of them. Need to crack on though as we're going back to Germany in 2 weeks time. Staying in a warm apartment rather than touring round and planning to visit a few saunas which is lovely when it's cold!

    Morning all.

    Frosty again.

Anglian Water woke us up by ringing at 7.30 to say there is a burst water main in a nearby village and we may have very low water pressure. I thought bother I want to wash my hair but pressure is no worse than usual and hair is washed.

No news from the hospital @Topbird. Can't say I think saunas are lovely whatever the weather!

hi folks. Another frosty day here. Went to Art this morning and had to scrape lots of ice off the car. Looking after Jonah this afternoon as Secondborn has had to take a poorly Gabriel to hospital as his breathing isn’t good. I hope she can get seen and that she doesn’t have to stay overnight. Hope you get your bins defrosted and emptied. Stay warm and safe everyone.
