@Biglad, how did the Teams meeting go? Bet it was better doing it from the C.A.

Good morning @Ladybird4 and all to follow. Cold here this morning but no snow as yet.
Ikea trip was successful I will assemble the new bookcase at the weekend.
Must pop out to top up bird feeders then I fancy the new film about Edgar Allan Poe. Going to sit on the sofa under my new throw and indulge myself with a glass of wine . Fiancé is home and still tired so we are having a lazy day.
Enjoy your day everyone and stay warm

Good morning everyone. I haven’t looked outside yet LB . I hope we haven’t got snow .
Debs that sounds just about right for a cold day . Keep warm and safe everyone .

Good morning Debs and Ruby. Glad you got the book case bought and ready to build Debs. I like researching on their website and then going to pick stuff up. I get claustrophobic in their huge building at Gemini near to where some of my family are situated.

    Morning all,

Similar weather here @Ladybird4 - eldest definitely wasn't too keen on getting up and going to work!

The meeting was a bit annoying. We're told to participate, engage in the topic and offer opinions. Yet my raised virtual hand was ignored on every occasion I raised it. Only the voices of young, promising, golden future types seemed to be heard. Clearly no-one wants to hear from an old fart like me ;)

Just watched the 2nd half of an epic tennis match from down under. You can't beat experience :D

Morning all. Had a good frost overnight and I've nearly frozen to death just going out to feed the poor birds( who are scratching around the hard ground for something to eat). We have to go into town but not looking forward to the slippery ground.
Debs, you've been to my favourite store and hopefully the bookcase will go up a treat. You and Rubee ( with her new drawers🤭) will have plenty of storage now to fill up.
Biglad, think I would rather be in CA than attend a virtual( Zoom?) meeting. Was the match that of AM by any chance? I read this morning it was an epic battle.

It was @Songbird-2 - I needed a warm down afterwards so don't know about him ;)

Afternoon all. Biglad, I would have been annoyed at that and I think if I was asked to take part in a similar 'meet' I would voice my opinions in no uncertain terms.
Hazel, I hope that you got your trip into town carried out safely, with no slipping. I'm pleased to say that the snow here has melted finally and the fog disappeared but it is still very cold out. I transferred my nice clean pots from the kitchen into the garage and got some more of my cacti repotted. Most shouldn't need repotting now for about 3 years.
I think I spoke to soon about the fog as it seems to be rolling in again.

I took OH to the doctors this morning .His legs have flared up again .He has been given a different antibiotic . When we got home OH opened the door and I promptly fell over the threshold . I wasn’t looking where I was going . No real damage done but I have very bruised knees .
