Woke up in the CA a couple of hours ago but thought I'd wait until it got light before putting the bin out. That was a mistake as the wagon came at 7.30! I'm fully aware that I should have put it out before 6.30 on collection day, but they have never collected that early. I'm struggling to recall them ever coming pre-noon. We live on a steep, windy road and have seen many a bin blown over with contents spilling out down the street. Oh well - lesson learned. 6.30 it is from now on.
