Of my party in Greece, 1 tested positive on arrival back in the UK, the rest of us were all negative, we shared a room and spent all day everyday together- go figure... @Allotment Boy very odd.
@Lizzie27, I've had to let more beds go to lawn as I just can't keep on top of them, difficult to accept, but in reality a relief. If only we had a full time gardener to instruct at our disposal... 😁
Busy lunch, really busy, very nice day, but manageable and all ok. A beef stew that's been in the slow cooker for 12 hours for dinner, cuddles with Charlie and all is ok with the world. I've even taught him to iron. 😅

Good morning all 😊 ☕️ overcast and a bit breezy, but definitely milder today.
The young oak tree across the road is changing quickly to a glorious gold … the huge one at the top of the rise isn’t changing colour yet … I suspect that because its roots go deeper it’s not been as affected by the low rainfall this year.

Good morning everyone, grey and damp here, we had several heavy showers after dark yesterday. Need to get to plots to start the big clear up, might be a bit too damp we will see.
Morning all. This morning is sunny here and from where I am sitting I can see my neighbour's maple tree which is going red. My Amelanchier is bright orange now and will also go red in a few days. @D0rdogne_Damsel@Lizzie27 . Difficult decision, we will all be there sooner or later. My back, oh my back .....
Hi all Exhausted after my minimal efforts yesterday, so a quiet one today. Waiting to hear from the courts whether we need to pay ex NDNs ridiculous demands after losing our court case.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Hoping all goes in your favour, Punkdoc. I shall be looking seriously at that cake recipe, Dordogne Damsel! And teaching Charlie to iron! A future partner of his will be singing your praises in years to come! Had a really good nights sleep in the spare room, OH is a bit worried I may not want to come back when I’ve recovered! Coughing only a little, if it doesn’t get any worse, I might be tempted to go out in the garden and prune back some hedges, it’s a lovely day and I can’t infect anyone out in the fresh air. How are Pat E and her husband doing? Can’t remember seeing any posts for a few days.
Fingers crossed @Allotment Boy. Love stained glass @Busy-Lizzie. And have fun at the craft fair! Since taking on the street markets I don't do any of those; I used to do them all the time with the jewellery I (used to) make. Great banter and camaraderie among the stallholders. Grey and wet here. I suspect this is how it will be at the weekend too. Nice yesterday though. Yes - shout out to @Pat E - hope you, OH and Pixel all well!

It rained quite hard in the night.
We have friends coming for dinner tomorrow so I'll do some shopping and preparing today.
