    Thank you for the rain, @Lizzie27 😁 I am going to fertilise my roses this weekend so the prewatering is much appreciated.

    Glad you got your Secret Gardening Club order, @Marlorena... they owe me some money and I'd never use them again. Seems to be luck if you get scammed or not!

    Seems to be getting colder and colder here, down to 5C during the day and -1C at night for the next week, brrrr. When is spring starting this year :D

    I keep thinking the DA release is really late, but looking back I ordered BMS on 24/02 so we aren’t that much later, yet! I’m also expecting a charles rose!

    Yes I know you and others had problems, I did too at one time so stopped ordering.. I was wondering if perhaps they had changed hands, but I haven't looked into it..

    @Nollie
    I meant to say, I hope you get ''Maggie'' at some point, whichever name it's going under..  in photos I always thought it had a Geschwind look about it, but maybe it's an old Chinese one after all.. the rose world moves in strange ways..  I think I might have enquired about Julius Fabianics with the Hook nursery in France at one time, but was out of stock.. if I recall, I think they had the rose under several of those names..
    Mr Hook's input on these roses was invaluable..

    @Mr. Vine Eye
    white with a black border sounds ideal Mr Vine... I use paint programme on windows and I don't think I can do that..  let me see if I can..

    Is it time for the spring/summer edition?

    @Nollie, I'd like white lettering too but can't find the white! Is it that white crayon.? I think those tools allow for the making of the squiggley marks though.
    No, you need to pull up you photo, select the mark-up symbol to display the lozenge shaped tool bar, then click on the text box, then click on the coloured circles to change the text colour - the multi-coloured circle pulls up the whole colour spectrum where white is, then select white. More complicated than it sounds, honest!!

    The new catalogue arrived can't see any new roses in it?
