Hi Busy, I remember going to Bressingham Gardens years ago when we had our Norfolk holidays. The steam engines were fascinating though we didn't get to ride on any. Did they still have the huge roundabout with the horses that go up and down there? Didn't get to ride on that either but the gardens were beautiful.
T'Bird, I cannot get my head round the fold out country house. I wonder how many of them ever took to the roads/lanes of the time? I love the picture you have created of a spaghetti bowl full of children and pygmy goats on leads - classic! What super entertainment for all. How many little kitties are there? Don't be tempted to smuggle one away with you. They are probably too young anyway. Nice to have a little stroke and a fuss with them though.

Busy, your picture of the Gallopers has brought the biggest smile to my face this morning. You have taken me right back 40+ years. Thank you so much for the picture. The trains were in huge sheds the day I visited but you could get up nice and close to them (I love steam trains!) I know that I will be walking around today with a silly grin on my face!

Lovely fresh morning. It was so easy to sleep after all that heat. Next week summer is back, so I must be grateful for this short relief. I'm planning to go to cottage, but also is possible to stay home and rest. We shall see after cup of tea.
