It's pitch dark outside, and just came in. Firewood was delivered yesterday and I needed to store them in. Only 10 m3, it's not too much. Usually I do it slowly, but forecast is rain next ten days. Also I started to dig my potatoes two days ago. You can see that I didn't have free time at all. I have my tea, and tv is on. Outside is beautiful calm evening, perfect first autumn day.
@Songbird-2 Didn't have to wait too long, arrived a little early and only one other person in the waiting room. They didn't say anything, will wait for results. Thank you for asking Hazel. I noticed a few weeks ago my usual hair dye was in a different packaging and although the same colour as I always have it too came out darker than usual. I was quite surprised when I dried it how dark it was. 🥺But did tone down after a washing it quite a few times. Evening @Ante1 have a lovely relaxing evening.
Jack loved his cake and can't wait to show it off to his daughter. I made him promise not to cut into it until the proper day but I doubt he'll be able to wait. He had lots of cards up from family and friends and we had a good catch up.

How weird @star gaze lily that our hair dyes are the same! I wonder if some added chemicals or whatnots have been added? Most odd but good to hear it lightens after a while..Hope your OH gets his results soon, if not another visit or telephone call to the docs may be in order? When I first met OH I used to dye my hair, golden chestnut it said on the packet - in French. I always used that one. I did it just before our 2nd date and it turned out flaming red mahogany! Someone had opened the box and put a bottle of a different colour in it.
I don't colour my hair any more. OH likes the grey bits at the sides.

Ante that is such a sweet picture and for a moment I thought someone had sneaked a picture of Lily in there. That is one of her favourite places to be - snuggled in a blanket on my bed. Time for tea!

Sun is rising and it seems that we will have nice, warm day. My pets are fed, birds also, and it's time for first cup of tea.
Fall is definitely here. We are now using blanket for sleeping.
