    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
16C blue sky and milky clouds here in Norfolk … OH feels much better this morning … just as well … I’ve made the morning cuppas two mornings running … can’t have him getting used to that 😲

If anyone’s interested there are several articles about Dame Paula Rego and the ideas behind her work on the Guardian website. 😊

    Morning all.

Sunny but it rained in the night.

We are going to visit a walled garden in North Norfolk today. They rent electric scooters but OH will take his as a back up.

Morning everyone,  bright sunny start here.  I hear on the news, they have finally announced the discovery of the wreck of the Gloucester off the coast of Norfolk.  They are calling it Norfolks Mary Rose.
I guess we have to start reassembling the garden pots . Might jetwash some more of the bits I didn't do before, now more pots have been moved. I have quite forgotten how big the patio is when you take all the pots off.😂

    Hi all

    Don't read this if eating.

Woke in the night with pus coming out of my nose and really bad sinus pain. Off to see GP this morning. A bit concerned as I have had sinus surgery twice before.

Morning all, sunny and breezy here 28 deg for today. I've had my breakfast @punkdoc that sounds nasty, and antibiotics needed, are you preparing for a holiday?
Visited the dermatologist yesterday, I have to have cream for actinic keratosis and then put sun block on my face. It's very difficult to keep the sun off your face especially when out and about, I always wear a floppy sun hat in the garden but he thought the damage was from too much sun when I was younger.
Now I must plant out the rest of my Zinnias. Catch up later.  B)

Sinus pain is horrid, I know from experience. I hope the Doc gave you a suitable antibiotic @punkdoc.

We had a lovely day out today at Holkham Hall walled garden, then we went to Wells-Next-the-Sea. We had crab and cockles from a seafood stall, sitting on a low wall watching the boats. Then we had a cider in one of the village pubs. Not holiday season yet so found a car parking place quite easily.

I've put photos of the garden here. https://forum.gardenersworld.com/discussion/1061566/garden-visits-2022

Lovely garden @Busy-Lizzie … and I know that wall by Wells harbour … sitting there with some seafood on a sunny day is just blissful isn’t it 🌞

Evening all. Right now I'm watching the programme about the women's cycle race (ITV4) as they are in my area of Wales - or they were today -and they passed through my actual village. We were warned to keep off the road today to allow them all to pass without problems. Hoping to catch sight of my home ground on tv - puts us 'on the map'!

    Hi all

In bed antibiotics and painkillers, feeling a bit sorry for myself.
