Morning Ruby and SGL. My arm was a bit stiff and sore last night - felt like I'd done one 'clean and jerk' too many. . It was more than likely that. Arm and shoulder are much easier now after my hot shower. Apart from that I feel fine. Thanks for your nice comments. Good excuse for me to avoid doing Bestie's gardening for her. Only joking! I will be taking things easy today.

Morning all. It's sunny again. I had to water the long border yesterday and there is no rain forecast.
OH is taking me out to my favourite gastro pub, in North Suffolk, for lunch today.
We are pleased with the new porch, it will look even better when it has weathered a bit. It's more of a canopy, in wood. It gives the house more character.

Good afternoon all. Had a restful time at Bestie's. Intend to have a restful time tonight as well - time will tell! I was expecting some plants and I received a text whilst out to say that Mike, my DPD driver had left my package in a safe place. His idea of a safe place was on my front doorstep in view of every man and his dog! The plants - Cerastiums are really good quality and I'm happy with my purchase.

Chive, dad came from spa two weeks ago, and his car needs few minor repairs. Nothing serious.
