Back from Paris late last night after a wonderful few days. Â Lots of street wandering and cafes, views from more viewpoints, some more art, and a violin concert in a church. Â Really lovely time despite the grey and showery weather.
Paris must have different rules, because we were actively told a few times by staff that we no longer had to wear masks 😷.  But lots of showing our vaccine passes - particularly in galleries etc - never in restaurants or cafes.
Back home to a garden and greenhouse that desperately need attention after 3 weeks distraction 🙄.  Thats today’s goals.
Hope you've got that black dog cowering in the corner @Hostafan1.  3 is my favourite age for toddlers @Busy-Lizzie - they come out with the most hilarious things! Didn't see anything in that big fluffy cloud apart from a sea anemone @Pat E I've been asked to do another radio interview this morning - same station, different presenter. I'll be looking for a career in radio broadcasting at this rate! Book club tonight. I read this month's book as soon as we got it last time so will have to flick through to remind myself what it is about. Â
Morning all. I managed to fill up this morning at the bargain prices of 171.9p The filling station I usually use has gone from 173.9 on Friday to 179.9 today. Some folk are making a killing during this .
I've just given the mower a once over, mostly cosmetic brushing off cobwebs etc, plus checking oil, lubing cables, wheels and so on. I cut the front grass, it really needed it and went over the back, though you'd hardly notice it. I always find it odd at this time of year that the front grass grows more vigorously than the back in spite of the front facing North. It must get the early sun from the east as the front is much more open than the back. Don't want to upset you @Hostafan1 but I got unleaded at £1.53 in a Morrisons on Thursday on my way back from Capel. My local Sh*ll was £1.63 that day and was £1.69 2 days later. As you say methinks some profiteering going on.

Lovely walk, a perfect early Spring day, shame I couldn't do more.
