Yes, done that and it’s 9.3.6 which is apparently the last update available for my model. I don’t see why that would affect just this one site šŸ¤”Ā
Latest updates are 15.? at the moment, Ā mine won’t update anymore than 12.5, Ā I’m after a new one. Ā I don’t like the idea that there will be no more security updates on it.Ā

    Hello all.

Sunny but the breeze is bitter.

We went to a GC this morning for potting compost, grit for the gravel bed and rose fertiliser. Such a lovely choice of spring flowering plants, enough to make your mouth water, but not much room left here.

Finally got outside and did a bit. It is really uplifting to see new signs of life everywhere, old friends coming back to life.
Got a plant order coming tomorrow, no idea what it is, can't find anything in my records, quite exciting.

Perhaps Moira has ordered some plants for you @punkdoc that you mentioned you liked? It would never happen in this house, it would fall on deaf earsĀ Ā

Hello folks, after a rather cold walk this morning, it brightened up by mid-day and I was able to do some gardening, an hour and a half before (another box stump) and another hour and a half after lunch - fertilising, watering and weeding. Didn't finish until 4.40 pm! I'm tired out now so think another early night is indicated. OH stayed up very late to watch the 3 episodes of the Ukrainian comedy with the now President, said it was very funny indeed along the lines of Yes Minister.

@Busy-Lizzie, Hope your OH gets on ok with his consultant appointment tomorrow. My sister has had to wear a heart monitor for 48 hours and will see her consultant next week. Fingers crossed for both.

Ouch @Hostafan1, that's an enormous increase - you'll have to put another jumper on!
The only consolation will be that hopefully it will get warmer soon.

    Happy gardening everyone.

didyw,I did warn you, there was a picture coming, haha. No it's not fox,I know what that looks and smells like. Border collies appear to have a penchant to roll in the stuff. You can't Hoover with a Dyson! It's a manufacturer!!

You can't Hoover with a bloody Dyson cos they're utter rubbish!

Been busy all day and am a tad cream-crackered now.Ā  Didn't sleep well to start with then up at 7:30 - very early for me - to prepare a dinner to cook this evening and be ready for when I got back from a full day of patchwork followed by Mosaic.Ā  Ā Machine patch this am teaching ladies how to make 2, 4 or 8 HSTs (half square triangles) at a time then picnic lunch and the usual afternoon workshop.Ā  Ā

Lots of chat and laughter plus some work done too and so nice not to have to wear masks anymore - as long as we have our Vaccine Pass.Ā  Ā Finished the last of my Jean de la Fontaine mosaic series this evening.Ā  He's a chap who plagiarised Aesop's fables to tell tales to Louis XIVs Dauphin.Ā  I've done the fox and the crow, the hen (!) who laid golden eggs and the acorn and the pumpkin.

Have read back but brain is failing so I'll just wish everyone a very good evening and hope all is well before I head off for an early night.Ā

Morning all. Ā Still raining here. Ā They are talking about moving the whole town of Lismore to a new location! Ā Onto a plateau or something. Wow! Ā  Our river is still looking rather full, but I’ve not been out to a spot for a better look. Ā We are way higher than that level.

    otherwise, we are ok. 😁

Just measured another 21ml rain in the gauge. šŸ™„. The river is flowing well. Ā It’s overdue for a clean out, so all good.Ā
