I didn’t notice the ums and errs as I was listening to what you were saying, not how you were saying it …….and thats how others will listen too. Ā You got all your key messages across, so I would say a resounding success. Ā (I can’t bear listening to myself recorded either - don’t think many people can. Ā We all sound different ā€œin our headsā€. Ā Apparently this year’s bake off winner didn’t realise he spoke English with such an italian accent til he watched the programme 🤣🤣🤣)

Bdooly brilliant @didyw ... loved what you said and how you said it ... you made Bungay feel warm and welcoming (I mean, I know it is, but it does need new signage ... especially for parking).Ā  Ums and errs?Ā  I didn't notice them either.Ā  Ā  :DĀ  a bit 'tinnier' than your usual more mellow tones perhaps, but then I was listening on my phoneĀ  B)

Can anyone point me in the direction for me to listen to didyw please? I'll add that I don't usually listen to the radio so perhaps a youtube version might be appropriate for a radio dumbo.

I've just listened @didyw to your broadcast. I think you did extremely well and I think Bungay sounds a very vibrant and fun place. Well done!
Thank @AuntyRach for your marigolds pic- that made me laugh.
Happy St David's day to you and all our Welsh friends.

started off with heavy fog and a frost this am but it's gradually warmed up to 14C and sunshine.Ā  I took Possum to give plasma this morning so had time, while she dripped, to raid the fabric store for some wool - a secret project to show my mocking colleagues at patch that I can crochet but choose not to cos it's so slow; a raid on the Vietnamese store for rice wine, rice vinegar and mirin and some lime pickle.Ā  They had bok choi and fresh coriander too so a bonus.Ā  Then a raid to Mme Boiveau's patchwork fabric treasure trove.

Got back to the clinic to fetch Possum and she was still dripping and they they decided her BP was too low and then she fainted!Ā  Can't take some people anywhere.Ā  Ā The staff were lovely but found it odd that we were both so calm instead of having a Latin panic.Ā  2pm by the time we got home for lunch so no painting today but plenty f other pottering to do.

Lots of lovely wild primroses in the roadside banks on the scenic way home.Ā  It'll be cowslips and bluebells next.Ā  Ā Yum.

@Didyw - well done.Ā  Haven't listened yet but it's great that you're promoting community action.

@Uff - the link is above.

Take it easy @chicky.Ā  You don't want to provoke long covid!

    Ho-ho @AuntyRach.

Have a lovely day everyone.Ā  Beware of March lions at the other end of this month.

    Hi all

Hope everyone is bearing up despite the never ending bad news. I am afraid I am finding it all too awful and am struggling to do anything but watch the news repeatedly, even though I know that just makes it worse.
At least it was sunny today, so I did manage to do a bit of pottering outside.
