Good morning/probably afternoon all ā¦ Iām a bit late on parade today ā¦ Iāve been to the dental hygienist and OH had a wander in the city and got a new battery for my everyday watch and picked up some fennel for a slaw, Ā and some baking potatoes to go with the remains of the roast chicken for supper. A lovely bright morning in the city.Ā
My iPad mini is great ā¦ except that it seems not to get on with this site ā¦ it keeps reloading all the time and the data protection pop up keeps reappearing. It seems fine on other sites ā¦ has anyone else come across this glitch?

Nice and bright here today but cold. Gradually getting the house properly cleaned in readiness for a visitor from the US who is over for a funeral and who could come to us any day.Ā Now realise that our house is too small for all the stuff we have and it could do with completely redecorating.Ā Oh well.Ā
@Dovefromabove not a real techie here, but have you checked you are on the latest iOS update (I am on 15.3.1). Ā I access this site using Safari (š¤«and use an adblocker š¤«) and donāt have any problems with reloading or security Ā š¤š»š¤š»š¤š».
Thanks you two. We did a search for updates yesterday and it says there are no more. Itās a ācertificated refurbā Ā one or whatever theyāre called, Ā so should be ok, and it only seems to be on this site that thereās a problem. I may have to take it into the apple store if I canāt resolve it.Ā

If you click on your settings icon (the one that looks like a cog wheel) and select āGeneralā and then click the second option (software update) it will tell you what version of IOS you are running on
Yes, done that and itās 9.3.6 which is apparently the last update available for my model. I donāt see why that would affect just this one site š¤Ā

This site is quite picture heavy. Ā Not something I would normally recommend (š), but try getting the Daily Mail up and see how that works. Ā You donāt have to read any of the stories šš¤Ŗ
Hmm. DM loads, but slowlyā¦ on GW it seems to be the Data Protection pop up that triggers the reload. Ā I never get that pop up on my phone or laptop nowadays. š¤Ā
