  • Morning all, lovely and sunny again, but chilly. Baking day today, sold out of lots of cakes yesterday.

Anyway, must dash, have a good day all.

Sunny start here, but pretty cold. Must do some gardening today, green bins to fill. I’ve got an iPad mini and I love it. Will fit easily in a medium handbag if I want to take it on train journeys. OH keeps suggesting I replace it with a full size one like his, but I find the size and weight perfect for my use. Would hate to be without one. I do have to rely on our home and restaurant/ public Wi-fi services though, and I don’t have a smart phone, so I’m not well connected!
Reading an article on advertising this morning, and saw an amusing quote from Henry Ford.

Morning all, It was supposed to be sunny today and I thought I would finish pruning the roses, there is now black cloud and and a cold wind so have retreated in doors for a coffee to warm up, the trouble is once you come in doors and sit down you don't want to go outside again!

Morning folks,I hope that is in fact a Hoover, you have, Hosta, because I can't be doing with folk talking about Hoovers and Hoovering when they mean vacuuming. Clear blue sky,but ruddy windy and cold 4c,real feel -40c. Hubby just called me outside, going to post a picture, appears to be a cat or dog poo in the bird bath, how the hell did it get there!  It's about 1mt tall plastic no way either of my dogs could have done it,plus it's the wrong size for either of them. Wouldn't have thought a cat could perch on there either without it falling over!
