Just listened to Sue Barker on R4 - what a lovely woman - why on earth did they get rid of her (and the team) from QoS and turn it into a lad/ladette prog?

    Good evening all.
I've been busy with gardening chores and topping up my all over tan,

I thought the smell of burning sausage was my neighbour's BBQ again. :#

Heavy tail of Spanish storm forecast for last night and today.  We've had a lot of noise but not a lot of rain and that continues this morning with noise but no drops.  I shall try and tempt it by doing some re-potting and watering.  Not enough, it seems, that OH is playing golf today.

As for tanning, I go brown now quite well on arms, back and shoulders whilst gardening but my face stays palish cos I'm mostly bent over.  My legs take forever to turn pale beige so I suspect it's a case of angles.

No idea. She and the others were doing so well. We refuse to watch it now.

If you want it to rain @Obelixx try cleaning the windows. It always works for me.

Hadn't thought of that @rowlandscastle444 but it did start a decent-ish shower just as I was gearing up to go a-potting on.  OH has come home early as his golf was rained and thundered off.  That's just 15km away so I'm not too impressed that we have stayed mostly dry.

Perhaps he could practise his putting in the garden @Obelixx
    In London. Keen but lazy.

Not likley @B3.  Apart form having proper things to get on with there is no grass remotely resembling a putting green here.
