Yes indeed @Papi Jo but I did supply factor 50 sun screen.

Full manual on both camera and flash so had some control.

What a great photo, @Sheps. And a cute subject!

Can anyone identify this (spider eating) wasp (I presume)? Photos are not great as I was chasing after it with my phone…

They're fantastic shots @pitter-patter, very envious to say the least.

Excellent @Papi Jo great looking crab spider.

@Papi Jo maybe your spider could be a Thomisidae Misumena vatia.

Also...just been looking at the specs of your new camera and they look very good indeed.

Whilst out photographing flowers the other day, I came across a tree that was absolutely being ruined by loads of black beetles, all the leaves were like swiss cheese and in a very sorry state.

Not sure but I think this might be Willow Leaf Beetle, if anyone can confirm that would be great.

After a little reading up, maybe Alder Leaf Beetle.
