    Do you use a tripod?

I have a Canon EF-S 60mm f/2.8 EF-S USM Lens and should learn how to use it.

99% of the time handheld, the above shots were all taken by hand, this can be quite tricky when using the Raynox as the DOF is wafer thin.

"the Raynox as the DOF is wafer thin. "

It's a great sentence. I have no idea what it means, but I will take your word for it. x

It basically means the Raynox is a pain in the backside to use 😂

I'm sure I'm being thick but how come the background is so dark @Sheps ? You can't have taken it at night. I know you say its backlit but I still can't work it out!

@Crazybeelady the background is a fence in deep shadow with the sun rising from behind and the flowers of my 6ft Verbena are just over the top of the fence catching the light.

I've got some verbena poking over my fence, so I just need a butterfly to sit on it at the right time of day and I'll be trying it 😁

@Crazybeelady good luck...I'm hoping you get one.
