    Excellent @NormandyLiz

I was trying to do almost the same thing earlier, my Silver Y was on the Verbena, but a stiff breeze ruined my efforts.
  • Thanks, @Sheps. It's blinking annoying this wind, isn't it? It seems like it's not stopped all summer.
  • Remember that warm sunny day last week we’ll here in my front garden the Asters we’re alive with busy buzzing Bees and Red Admiral butterflies here in Wales.
  • You use flash for insects, @Sheps? I can't bring myself to, it worries me that it'll hurt their eyes. Do you get any negative reactions (any more than a human creeping up pointing a big black thing gets...)?

No negative reactions that I'm aware of @NormandyLiz the flash is firing very fast, I've had more reaction to my presence than the flash if I'm honest.
  • Hmmm... I'll maybe give it a go. Thanks, @Sheps
