Wordle is certainly a reason for the inventor to be cheerful now that he's sold it to The New York Times. Best of luck to him he's cheered a lot of people up I reckon.

Definitely a reason for the inventor, and his bank manager to be very happy.

Apparently the huge success was making big financial demands on his website ... it was either sell it or close it down ... then someone else would've set one up and made a lot of money from his idea.

Well done him and good luck to him .
I'm sure WE'D all spend the money more wisely, but I hope / trust it'll bring him happiness.

The cost of running the site hadn't occurred to me.  Good luck to him.

Scotland has had their 2000th patient undertake a test for colon cancer by just swallowing a tiny, tiny camera instead of the usual invasive test. Got to be good news.
Is it available in England I wonder and if not, why not.

She who must be obeyed (yeah right) who's taking immunosuppressant drugs has just had her 4th jab.
Apparently because of the immunosuppressing drugs she's on the Covid vaccines have a much lower protective effect so she was advised to have a fourth to give her another boost.

If your taking immunosuppressant drugs I urge you to contact your GP to ensure you get the protection you need.  :)
