@WonkyWomble 🤯 🤗 good luck tomorrow! If things get tricky Citizens Advice are usually very helpful in dealing with energy companies.
Try to get some sleep … you’ll be better equipped to deal with it if you’re rested. Night night 😘

  • Yes good luck @WonkyWomble, I am still trying to get Ovo to send me a proper bill, so far they have only charged me the standing charges!
I  tackled the greenhouse roof vent today,  I took it off and removed the glass. I dried the wood with my paint stripper gun. Treated the timber, I have covered the gap with Plastic for now , hopefully this will stop the water getting in.

Thanks Tui for the note about the other series. Hubby is going to look it up. We’ve also seen her in Annika.

  • @didyw The only thing I order online is Barleycup from Amazon as I can't get it elsewhere. Holland&Barrets used to sell it.
What made me thinking were the green RAW juice bottles that we used to buy. After two months, I said, "wait, here goes something totally wrong".

Sainsbury's now sells fruit and veggie bags. Let's hope the expand the products that can be purchased without plastic.

Understandable @WonkyWomble … but if they’re not co-operative and understanding you can talk to Citizen's Advice … (and maybe that nice chap from the couple you do the ironing for?)…

I’ve found that if they try to shut the conversation down, asking politely for a copy of their Complaints Procedure to be mailed to you  often gets the conversation back on track.

    Good luck 🤞 😘

And good morning all 😊 ☕️
    we’ve just woken up 🥱

Thanks @Uff I've just emailed Citizens advice for good measure giving them the outline and asking how to proceed but I'm calling Eon in a few minuets!!
How is the four legged Uff feeling? Any better?
