Good morning Busy - you snuckered in there. Once you have been to the SM, enjoy sorting out your craft items. I am waiting for a delivery of a craft/hobby light today as I really need it in these gloomy days - especially when working with dark wools.

Good morning Bussy, LB and all to follow.

Hazel, well done to you and your OH. Sorry that he had so much trouble with assembling that shelf.

Here is still fog, but not so thick as yesterday. After I finish my tea, I'll put my outside lights down. I want keep them little bit more, but forecast from tomorrow is wind and rain. Better do it now, I don't want to risk damage like some years before.

    Have a lovely day!

One photo from my yesterday walk. Somewhere under that fog is the sea and my town.

Good morning all. Not sure what to do with this extra day off. I too have moved some furniture around so maybe try to sort that out then I have promised fiancé and son a roast chicken dinner. Maybe I will tackle those kitchen cupboards and fiancé wants to make chocolate orange ice cream with the hot chocolate powder he had from Whittards for Christmas. Raining heavily so no gardening for a while here.

Good morning Ante. Good grief, that fog looks like a blanket. It seems very strange seeing the higher ground looking like islands poking through it. I noticed that the decorations in the TV news studios have gone today so I might finish getting my outdoor lights down too.

Hello all … it’s dry here today … so far 🤞
@biglad … what are you like?  Those aloe vera are not houseplants 😲 … they’re First Aid supplies in case she burns herself!!! What a caring chap you are 😇 😉

debs, roast chichen and chocholate orange ice cream. No coment, just 🤤. Enjoy your dinner!

LB, indeed very strage when you go back and hit the fog wall. It's time to switch mode to our routine. Holiday passed so quickly.

Good Morning Busy, LB, Ante, Debs, Dove and all to follow,
LB Small people duties beckons tomorrow, how quickly that two week break goes but it was nice. Hope the waters in the Crescent have subsided again,
Busy Can’t be doing without the essentials like coffee,
Ante My goodness that is a thick layer of fog, what a beautiful sky above it does make a stunning photo,
Debs Might be the ideal day to start sorting the cupboards, hope your not moving anything too heavy about,
Dove Hope your tests were negative,
Hazel That unit sounded like a nightmare job, glad you got it sorted in the end. Enjoy a perusal at Dun**m for something suitable for the space,
I’m going to start the removal of the decorations today, hope you have a good day everyone.

Good morning Debs, Dove and Chive.
Debs, that meal sounds divine! Chocolate orange ice cream - yes please!
Dove, is it today you are travelling to Lincolnshire? If so, safe journey. During one of Dad's 'between postings' before a married quarter became available at RAF Scampton, we lived in Lincoln, just round the corner from Steep Hill which I used to love going down - didn't so much like the return journey though! That's where we lived when I took my 11+.
Chive, the water levels have subsided again. Hopefully this week the gulley cleaners will get out and do a vac of the drain.
