I need to brace myself for a walk to the Post Box as its one of my brother's birthdays this weekend. This month, of course, we are expecting a new tiny addition to the family. Time to get a wriggle on.

Oh my goodness. Take care out there if you are going out. There is a hard frost all over. As I walked up the lane I heard the familiar sound of windscreens being scraped before the workers head out. I did the usual tippy toe walk as it felt unsafe underfoot. Anyway, card is gone so now I can carry on clearing out the wardrobes. Ruby, I don't think I will be gardening today.

I couldn't get onto the Forum last night with my Laptop, phone was OK. Sorted now.
I may go out this afternoon and look at curtain material and rails. Shop is about 40 minutes away. I'm never up early enough to do that sort of thing in the morning as most French shops, not the SM thank goodness, shut between 12 and 2pm - even garden centres.
Postman delivered my parcel this morning. My favourite clothes shop started their sales early for those with fidelity cards. Now that I've moved house it's a bit of a drive away so I took the risk and ordered online, jumper, anorak and a black top to go with my long skirt. It all fitted, around half price

Sunny, bright and crisp here. The weather is good as well
A few outdoor jobs on the cards this morning before I waste another afternoon waiting for the British Gas engineer to arrive and service the boiler. There will be ructions if they cancel right at the end of the 6-hour window again!

Bussy, nice catch. Luckily it all fits. I buy a lot of thing online, but I never bought clothes or shoes. Still don't have much trust.
I came home from the bank. Rain stopped, but it's very unpleasant outside.
