The rumbling has just started again @Ladybird4 but at least the wickets have been tumbling less ;)

Good morning Biglad, LB and all to follow.

I'm sorry to hear that you have very bad weather. Here is sunny morning, but only 1℃ and high wind. I have one chore at 11 in the town so I must go outside. Short visit to SMt after, and later I'll go to cottage. My neighbour sent me photo and it's all cover with snow up in the hills. Max will be thrilled, he loves snow. Now tea.

Hello all … brrrr it’s chilly here!  No frost but there’s sheet ice on the car. I’m staying indoors!
Well, I’ll have to do the bird feeders and pick some Cavalo nero  … but apart from that I’m staying indoors. 🥶

Good Morning Biglad, LB, Ante & Dove and all to follow,
LB Glad you had a good visit to see bestie yesterday and your donations to Sue Ryder will be most appreciated. Hope you have a nice lunch with your quizzers today and your friend from Crewe (if she comes) has a safe journey,
Biglad Your weather sounds dreadful, best stay in the warm,
Ante Hope you get to the town without any problems and have a safe journey to the cottage with Max later, sounds like you will be in for some fun with him 😀
Dove The birds will be grateful, mind how you go if it’s slippy,
Off to see mum this morning, hope you have a good day see you later 👋

👍 I’ll do the outside jobs before OH leaves for work … just in case it’s slippy.

Biglad, Bairstow's century - 3 matches too late! Well done him though.
Is Max fully recovered now Ante? Have a good day shopping and at the cottage.

    Morning all.

    It's raining here too.

The septic tank is playing up again. P is coming to look at it this afternoon. Loo wouldn't drain last night and pipe from the utility room sink gurgled. Loo seems OK this morning but it probably isn't back to normal. I woke at 4am then lay awake for nearly 2 hours worrying about it. I had a new pipe laid from the downstairs loo last year, man said that should have fixed it. Wasn't cheap.

Max is now fully recovered, thank you all for asking. We are now back to our walking routine.

Bussy, I'm sorry to hear that you have problems with septic tank. I hope that it will be fixed quickly.

Chive, have a nice time with your Mum.
