    I must say I’ve been very impressed with your Bathsheaba.. and I agree it looks like one of those wedding roses bred for cutting. Exquisite! The blooms look rather large too.

    Love the colour of your 'Armada'. Looks almost luminous after the rain.

    Good to know that Blue Note is hardy.

    @Marlorena Do you deadhead your roses? Just curious as you have so many. 🙄

    @Eustace
    ...yes I do Eustace, each day I do a few here and there, so it never builds up too much.. the key for me is to never let a rose get too big, so I can always keep on top of it..  I don't have anything here that's rampant, I couldn't possibly cope with it..

    ..also, I favour the shearing method, I only cut back to a bud on certain roses, most times they get sheared off..

    Monty on GW is a fan of the shearing method I've noted to keep things in check; there's not much finesse when it comes to his pruning methods we're lead to believe.
    Thank you for your comments on 'Gruss an Aachen'; it's early days but it is looking and smelling like a perfect rose.
    I'm loving your 'Armada', but unfortunately it's not the easiest rose to track down and order.
    Not wishing to impinge on your expertise too much, but it's a question I asked on the other site with no success, but have you any ideas as to what this rose might be below. It's one I noticed growing and flowering in my local park the other day.
