@andrewnewton good find! Sorry I don’t grow moss roses so are not very familiar with them, but if you post more photos of blooms in various stages, foliage, canes etc., @Marlorena might be able to help with an ID.
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.

Here are some pictures, hopefully that will aid ID
@Fire thank you for your kind comments. The hanging basket was a present from my daughter so wouldn't be an original find, more likely a purchase from Amazon. I'll ask her if she can remember where she got it from. It's hard for me to compare MS and GJ as they are in very different sites in the garden. Gertrude climbs in a mainly shady spot but she does very well and the scent is fabulous. She gets some blackspot but not too bad. Mortimer is in a very sunny spot and has a beautiful perfume though not quite as strong as GJ. Doesn't get much blackspot and is loaded with flowers every year. I suspect GJ would be even better in a sunnier spot.
@Fire Firstborn got it online from Black Country Metal Works. Hope that helps.
I'm quite fond of a fuzzy moss rose, I hope you manage to ID yours @andrewnewton. That's a sweet climber too.
Rose of the Day is Alba Maxima, year 5 but was held back by me moving it and keeping it in an inhospitable location for a while. The front canes have arched over but some new ones are coming up in the centre so I hope it will form a substantial shrub in time. I deliberately planted it close to the railings to borrow a bit of sun on the council's side A bit of Tuscany showing at front of pic, flowers are just starting to open.
Heavy rain forecast tonight so here is another once flowerer, the Alba Celestial, in case it gets wrecked. I've never been able to photograph this all in flower!

Here's a picture of a bud from my moss rose. If this helps anyone with an ID it's much appreciated
