    Thanks All.
@Nollie yes have a few roses. Many planted with advise from this forum members 3-4years ago. Of late, its been a bit busy here but will make it a point to take more photos to share.
I was surprised of her growth habit too. This pic is following a severe prune and removing several laterals as the apple tree was getting gobbled.

@Marlorena. Thanks. The apple is on its 5th year and have been lucky throughout with buds breaks at the right places. It’s very obliging. The variety is red falsaff.

@JessicaS will try to find some old photos of Buff Beauty. I hope I have some to show the entire colour range. It goes from pinky yellow to creamy white. It’s one of the least problematic roses I have- Zero disease/ dieback etc.

@peteS I find BB to be healthy and not bothered by rain. I also have a bathsheba on the opposite side where most if not all the flowers balls when it rains heavily. It’s was on an obelisk. This year I’m training it on a trellis in the hope, some shade from rain could improve this undesirable trait.

Wow, some movement on the rose front! Beautiful strong colours @Nollie

Welcome @JAC51, nice to see your roses :)

Your CPM looks much better than mine @JessicaS, bought as a bare root over winter but all its new growth turned manky from the weather.  It is starting to pick up again now but I'm keeping an eye on it as another fun frost this AM after hail yesterday. Really looking forward to seeing your garden as it develops.

I have a Buff Beauty youngster planted this winter, but did not allow it that much space @Alchemist!  It is planted close to my railings with the intent of borrowing some of the council grass area on the other side with the overhang though, so hopefully that will suffice. Looking forward to seeing yours, it seems to be a popular rose this year!

Beautiful roses @Nollie! Especially the Munstead Wood.🥰
Life's tragedy is that we get old too soon and wise too late.

Oh how I wish I had got a Munstead Wood before they became scarce.

Me too! I’d love to have lady Emma... seems to be impossible to get it anywhere online. I’ve put my email down on DA’s website to inform me when it’s back in stock. Fingers crossed!

I read that side shoots off rose canes should be pruned back to two buds in March time... I've not seen that before.... is that standard advice?
