Oh you have Well Being as well @cooldoc, I wonder how I have overlooked it before, it looks such a nice rose. Love your early morning colour mix too; your roses are doing really well.
It's nice to get a new colour isn't it @Tack? Nice roses from TW.
I took receipt of a new rose-viewing rocking bench today and am very pleased with it. Not least because I had nowhere to sit in the shade but on the ground😉
This year is my first with white thals and they are stunning. Only chest high this year, but hopefully they will rise up and up in future. I'm very glad to have them.
I visited David Austin garden (photos later). I liked the garden but wasn't so impressed with the roses. A lot of areas planted with the same roses again and again and some others nowhere to be found.
@Nollie I wish you it all goes well. I also haven't seen my parents (or any other family) since December 2019. I still hope that the travel rules will ease or that at least most European countries will be on the green list.
Thanks everyone, it’s going to be very strange boarding an aircraft again! I had two previous flights cancelled and this may be my last chance to see them this year, and one worries of course because of their advanced age..
Mountainous Northern Catalunya, Spain. Hot summers, cold winters.
Some garden photos (specific roses to follow later):
An appropriate outfit The part I liked the most - the garden with perennials A lovely combination (Charles Darwin in the middle) Obviously, we were too late for once-blooming roses but it has its benefits to see roses when they aren't at their best.
Thanks @edhelka, for the garden photos. It's too far away for us to visit but I'd like to see it one day. Like your outfit too! Commiserations on not being able to see your family. We're going to a wedding at the end of July where the bride is Polish but some of her family can't afford to quarantine if they fly over, such a shame.

..I've got T rochbrunianum, it grows to about 6 feet tall. I have to stake it.. it's quite attractive in an airy sort of way..

Looking forward to more photos.
