    Hello all, I've had to spend the morning flat on my back in bed because my back seized up yesterday - ouch!  Now wrapped in a blanket watching T.V on my recliner. So much for some gentle gardening yesterday. Only consolation is that it's been raining most of the day so couldn't garden anyway.
    My niece has sent some lovely photos of the twins unwrapping their 1st birthday pressies and holding balloons on strings. Cute! 
    I can do manana very well.

    Oo sympathy for your bad back Lizzie.

    Had my 2nd jab, so hoping no after effects this time. 

    Just waiting for sausage, mash, veg and Yorkshires - need a tasty gravy dinner after my busy day and getting caught in the rain on way home.

    Hi everyone well I actually managed a full day at the Allotment at long last.  I can feel it now,  hope I don't suffer like you @Lizzie27 tomorrow will tell.
