  • Good morning all 😊 ☕️
hope you got the washing dry @Pat E 🧺

Well, happily I’ve had a good night’s sleep ... my jab site is a little tender but not enough to disturb my sleep 😊 and my headache appears to be gone 🤞

That’s good Dove. I was expecting you to get a reaction, but you must be a healthier specimen than I anticipated 😁😁
the washing is about ready to bring in, but I’ve decided that I might leave it overnight. My back is aching from hanging it all out. It’s always the same if I have to fight the line from a strong wind like I had earlier. No rain about so I’ll see how I feel I’m half an hour.

    Good morning all.
    Early rise for us two.
I've cleared all yesterday's laundry and OH is emptying the dishwasher.

  • Hi @Pat E  😊 I thought I might get a reaction like my son did, however he had the Astra Zeneca jab and I had the Pfizer one so that may make a difference. Also I’ve read that sometimes the reactions come on a day or so later ... but so far so good.  It’s a relief to know that in three weeks I’ll have a pretty good level of immunity and that’ll be even better after my second dose on 3 May 😃

Morning all. Pat E, Dove old me the symptoms I got post vax showed I had a good immune response.Had the jab last Wenesday, and still cannot lay on that arm.Although I know one person (apart) from Dove who had the Pfizer, and she had nothing at all, not even a sore arm.

Hubby had the Astra jab and said he had no more than a bit of an achy arm

That’s good to know. We haven’t started here yet.
I changed my mind about getting the washing in. It’s all in and in the wardrobe. I’m  flopping now until we organise dinner.😃

Good idea. Hubby suggested Baked Beans on toast for dinner. Think I’ll get it done now and then that’s it for today. 😁👏

  • Baked beans on toast with a splash of Worcestershire sauce ... perhaps some grated cheese on top or a poached egg maybe? Yum 😋
