I am in group 5 I think, 65-70. I wasn't expecting to get it for at least another couple of weeks. It was just a phone call (at 7pm Wed ) rather than a letter and I was even given the choice of Guildford or Cranleigh.
  • Ahhh thats a fabulous photo and can see why you love it.

I knew today was going to be a good day - mums just had her jab letter. She's 68 :)

Hello everyone.  Late on parade cos I've been busy blitzing the kitchen.   Serious amounts of wind and rain all thru the night and till midday so thought I may as well as nothing doing outside.   The sun is now briefly poking thru but not for long.

Well done @WonkyWomble.   Have you inherited a donkey @Busy-Lizzie?   Does it have a friend?

Good news for all those getting jabs.

  • Hello everyone.  Great news that so many of you are getting your jabs!  We're having to wait here in Ireland - hubby's 74, probably won't get his until April, and mine in May.  But on the other hand, there's a far lower rate of infection here.   :)

Lovely news, @Hostafan1.  We have a once-weekly Zoom with our family in York, including reading our 3-year-old grandson a story.  It's definitely a highlight... currently his little brother (7 months) gets frustrated because he can't yet crawl properly, and tends to roll sideways and get jammed under furniture...   :D

Hope your rain stops soon, @Busy-Lizzie.

    Great photo, @chicky...   <3
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
  • Just managed to catch a photo of the goldfinches out the front. So gorgeous!!!
