    He's gorgeous @Lyn.

My twin great nieces are one year old on Friday and I haven't seen them yet. Unfortunately the whole family is in isolation this week as somebody at the nursery has tested positive. It will be a birthday party of just five which is such a shame.

Look on the bright side @Lizzie27.  They won't remember the lack of people at their 1st birthday and will love all the attention on the day.

He's gorgeous @Lyn and looks very happy.   Should be able to see him and other family members by summer.  Fingers crossed for all of us.

Their big brother will probably think all the fuss is for him!

    Gorgeous little fella.😁
I don’t know if we’ve got great grandsons, because our son has nothing to do with his ex and she has kept the son and daughter away from him. 🙄. We did try at one stage to have a get together, but heard nothing from them since. They’re 22 and 20, so they have possibly had children.

Obelixx, love your chook tales. You should write a diary and turn it into a little book some time.

We are cold this morning (yes I know it sounds crazy) but we’ve had to put long pants and long sleeved tops on. Still no rain and still overcast with cold wind from the coast. Can’t work it out. 😳

We didn’t take long to warm up Dove because we went and cut more wood. The trailer is full again. We’ll unload it tomorrow after we’ve had a spell.
im cooking turkey mince into a stew tonight and adding some red lentils and various vegs to give it flavour. Smells good from here 😜

  • Good morning @Dovefromabove and @Pat E

Beautiful sunrise here and forecast is good. Another day of gardening ahead, although it is a case of hacking things down at the moment rather than true gardening, the hedges have gone wild in some places. Great to be outside though.
