Hello @Nanny Beach you must have appeared as I was posting! No pancakes here, hubby isn't a fan. Glad your feeling well @Dovefromabove Morning @D0rdogne_Damsel, all my windowsill babies are poking their heads through now. need to get some more in soon! Not enough sunny windowsills and greenhouse is still too cold! What annuals are you growing this year?
Morning all, another dull very wet start. Getting desperate to get to plots to concontinue sorting the raspberries. The new stock is ordered & I don't want them having sit waiting to go in.
Misty outside, but sun should come out later. Then I put the sheets on the line and finish weeding that bed. Looking forward to planting. Wonder if a trip is needed to the GC? I think I need a Betula Jacquemontii. Then I can plant daffodils around it later. Planning on that for several trees.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Greetings Forkers. We too had a misty start and it felt very damp but now we have bright sunshine and will get into double figures. I have a few more indoor jobs to do but will be out to play this pm and looking forward to it.
Funnily enough I've been thinking about a white stemmed birch too @Busy-Lizzie and am wondering about the best place to site my 3 red cornus albas for maximum glow and I need to find some new strawberry plants as the chooks have pecked all the ones in the raised bed to death.
Hope everyone is well.
