I’ve just seen the weather forecast for today.  Predicted to reach 37. Der!  The air con will be on once it heats up a bit more.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
hope it’s not been too hot @Pat E and that your mouth is more comfy. The milkman has just been ... we’ve ordered extra eggs today.

Hi Dove. Stinking hot out there. I put off hanging the washing on the line until 5.30 pm, but I’m still sweating now that I’ve come inside.  Phew.

@Pat E just an idea, but would it be worth hanging the washing out in the evening and getting it in in the morning?

  • Good morning @Pat E and @Dovefromabove, that seems a very long time to be suffering with that tooth @Pat E, I hope tomorrow you wake up with some more improvement. Good idea regards the washing @Dovefromabove I would think.

I am feeling very pleased (and relieved) with myself this morning - weigh in and I've lost 1.5kg. :) I have been particularly careful this week and been very active but I haven't starved myself and we've had some lovely meals so at least I know it's do-able.

I might have cream with the sticky toffee pudding actually tomorrow, on reflection it sounds better. :)

H*******k today, it's raining horribly outside and windy so no chance of getting outside. I will do a much longer version of my keep fit video too, keep the momentum up.

Have a good day all. :)

    Good morning and G’day.
A thick frost here this morning and minus 1.

I would put off SM until a bit later but as snow is forecast for tomorrow , it will be busy later so I want to avoid that.

Catch you later - stay safe.

Mmm ... seems my change of order confused the milkman ... I didn’t get the extra half dozen ... never mind we can manage without ... I’ll email them.

Dove, that’s what I’m doing.  I’ll get it in in the morning. 😂

Oh 🙄 I’m obviously getting confused by the time difference. 😂
