That sounds like a plan @PurpleRose. Get your woolly hat on and get out I wouldn't hesitate to dob in anyone I thought was holding a party. All those people we've mentioned are now a risk to everyone else they come into contact with. Utter selfishness, and no excuse. The information is everywhere, they clearly just don't care. The problem with these huge ones that have been going on is that there simply isn't enough manpower to deal with them. I'm trying not to be angry about it, but it's very difficult.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Hi @Pat E - good to 'see' you too @PurpleRose - my daughter works for a well known supermarket, and was working on NYr's day - a half shift really. The daft wumman whose job is to put the chickens etc on for roasting hadn't quite worked that out, so an entire shift's worth was done. Of course, the place was empty, so most of that food was wasted. Makes my blood boil. I'd already asked daughter to bring home any chicken or ham that was left, but the scale of that appals me. She [the other woman] will have to account for that error, but it upsets me that all that food could have gone to folk who need it.

Maybe fine any social media found to have been used to organize an illegal party say, 1m per incident? That should at least help with the larger ones which must be being organized that way. The trouble is the SM companies would almost certainly fight that in the courts (and win.)
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.
Removal men coming to start packing tomorrow, feeling a bit panicky. How will it all fit into a house over a third smaller? At least there is a double garage. Most of the furniture should be OK as my children have taken quite a bit. It's all the rest. Not so many cupboards there.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Greetings Forkers. It is not cold and dark as forecast but just above freezing and wet. Chooks in the polytunnel for the day then. I hope our new young neighbours are about as I need to offload more eggs.
No Scatterbrains here @AuntyRach. When we do snuggle up after dinner Possum has us watching directors' cuts of Harry Potter films. I'm getting quite a bit of embroidery done on gingham for a new kitchen tablecloth..........
I don't know anyone behaving badly with parties and so on and just hope that karma comes to the idiots doing it and not their "innocent" family and friends and vulnerable people.

@D0rdogne_Damsel - if you put ‘scattegories list generator’ in a search engine, you can play using those. We screen-shared the page on the Zoom.
Enjoy Sunday everyone.
