    Hi folks,  Nothing exciting to talk about today.  It's been very grey and dismal.  All I've been doing is knitting and browsing on the internet. 
    Great photos of the roos @Pat E just promise not to post any of the snakes.  I'm terrified of them, even photos make me feel sick.  Don't mind those lizards though they are quite cute (I think you call them slinkys)
    No Christmas cakes or puddings being made here @D0rdogne_Damsel   I'm the only one that likes them and I would eat the lot.  I usually just buy a small pudding for Christmas day, not the same as home made but I can't afford the calories.

    We do the same now @Yviestevie, with the Christmas puddings. I always made one when I had lots of family coming over, and my parents, in particular, always loved it, but it's only me and older fairylet who eat it, so not worth  it now. I could easily eat an entire one myself too! I had one you did in two halves and fastened together to make the ball shape. 
    How is the family doing now?
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    One good thing about the temperatures going up - strawberries. 


    Hubby has taken the lawn mower into town to try to find someone who can stop the blade coming off!  😳. I’m doing three loads of washing between paying puzzles on the iPad.  It’s very hot out there. 🥵

    The milkman has just been ... it is so helpful having milk, yoghurt and eggs delivered. It saves so many trips to the shops. 😊
