Yes - the neoprene ones would be no use to me either @Desi_in_London ! I don't think there were any wrap round ones when I initially looked. Mine were about £35 and I've just found the place I got them, and they seem to have wrap round ones now too, and not the one I have. I haven't used mine this year as we've hardly been allowed to go any distance, so the few times I was out, I managed with just the little patellar straps under my knees. That's ok for smaller hills/short days. Easier because I can drive with them on too. The big ones are too tight for that, especially when I'm often in the car for several hours, but a wrap round could be slackened off and left on.   :)

    Evening all Forkers.

Mixed news from you all today. Thoughts to all with worries.

Had a very different sort of day today - moving out of the old office and into a new one at the ‘old’ hospital (as I will be based there as well as going to the new one). We cleared loads of stuff out then scrubbed, wiped and mopped before moving all our stuff in. The people who had the office previously would not win any awards for tidiness or cleanliness (they were Consultants!). We had a free breakfast and lunch today as a thank you from the hospital too.

    Have a good evening all.

I’m keeping my fingers crossed that my knees don’t go the way yours all seem to. So far they are just normal. ( It might be because I don’t exercise enough).🤭

Our son has arrived for a quick visit (without the cat 😡). I think he’s jealous that she settled in with us last time. It might be just as well, given the snake season has started.

Sleep well everyone. That includes you Punkdoc.

We’ve just finished Chicken Kiev, Dove. We’re rather full. Bake off is on and nothing tempts with a full tummy. Our son didn’t stay for the night, so relaxing in front of the box.

I’ve just noticed that we have several visitors. I hope you can enlarge the photo or it might be hard for you to see.

    Morning all/afties, evening @Pat E - can I have your knees then?
Hope you got some cake too @AuntyRach ;)  :D
Today's a repeat of yesterday here. Wind woke me at four. Hopefully it'll dry up a bit though. I think all the flood alerts and warnings are still in place too.
More tea needed in the meantime...
