Yes Hosta. I agree. Last week’s rain probably didn’t go astray either. It all looked vibrant with the different colours. Even the termite mounds were a bright orange. 😁.

You can just spot a termite mound in this one.Ā

The cleanup people have mulched lots of chopped up trees that were close to the road, hence the pile of euc. mulch in the foregroundĀ

@Nanny Beach ... I’ve been making sourdough bread for a while now ... I’ve discovered this blog which is very good at explaining techniques and straightforward recipesĀ

Speaking of wildlife, we narrowly missed an echidna casually crossing the road, then a bit further on a wallaby. I thought it might have had his tail shortened. But Hubby said he could see it in the rear view mirror continuing to leap across the road. Then further again a very fat wombat was about to waddle onto the road, but we beat it. Phew.!Ā

    Morning Dove. 😃

It's cooled down here @Pat E and we have temperatures in the mid 20s and a cloudy bits going by.Ā  Much more comfy than the 39C in the shade we'd been "enjoying".Ā  3mm of rain in the night which will make everything in the ground happy and pots too.

Just having my second coffee and a noodle on here then I'll go and start a big pot of passata and then fix the last of the skirting boards in Possum's room.

It's not all over yet @punkdoc - think glass half full!

Bread looks good @Dovefromabove.Ā  Hope breakfast was good.
