How can you lie there and think of England

I still have it from the last time it was on. I watched a bit again not long before he died.
I actually meant to say that it was on - just as well you noticed  @Dovefromabove  :)
    It's brilliant  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Oo torn between that and GW but with the power of technology, will be able to see both.

I was only reminded today about the power of music. I have a pretty hard shell but music really moves me. I listened to a few bars of a Beatles track today (funeral choice) and instantly welled-up.
My garden and I live in South Wales.

@Auntyrach only just caught up on things on here.  So very sorry for the loss of your Father in law.  The flowers sound stylish and beautiful. Thinking of you and your family x
Going to have to do Monty and Peter Green on catch up,  early morning for me so goodnight all  :)

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
Blue sky and white fluffy clouds giving us a Simpson’s Sky again this morning ... but Tomasz says those of us in the east have rain on the way.
Today I’ll be picking and freezing courgettes and beans and making a lasagne ... and maybe some studio time too.
OH will be at work ... and then after supper there’s a supermarket delivery arriving so that’ll need sanitising etc and putting away.
I had a very memorable dream involving flocks of sheep and chickens on a wide sandy beach with huge expansive skies ... and in the distance a powerstation (so probably something to do with Sizewell beach which I love) ... We were sitting in the dunes and OH was telling me that the clouds of smoke were because the power station was being fuelled by wood chips instead of being nuclear powered. 🤯 Where did that come from?

Hmm it looks as if Tomasz was right ... the blue sky is now just a small patch to the southwest and a dark grey band of cloud is sweeping in from the northeast ... 💨

Good morning.  We have finally had rain!!  Four months of drought!  Snail pellets and collection net to the ready!
    @Dovefromabove  What is a Simpson's Sky?
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

    Glad you’ve got some rain @tuikowhai34  🌧
Do you watch the Simpsons on TV?  The opening always includes a view of Springfield under a bright blue sky with white fluffy clouds.
