@Obelixx, Love and Wishes is beautiful, but not hardy here.

Looks lovely Obelixx, made for a nice day out. We're now predicted sunshine for the weekend thank goodness so we might go out too.

Fantastic news @Busy-Lizzie. My ex lived over there for 4-5 years so I just wondered if it applied to him as well.

Thanks @punkdoc.  I'll be taking cuttings of my own just in case, as soon as they've decided they're happy and grow some more.  They're still quite small so should romp away with some TLC.

@Obelixx and @punkdoc S Love & Wishes wasn’t winter hardy here either and the back garden is pretty sheltered for Norfolk.

That looks a gorgeous beach @Obelixx. Was the sea warm?
Love and Wishes isn't hardy in Dordogne, but Royal Bumble is.

I only went in up to my ankles @Busy-Lizzie but yes, it was warm.    Lots of lovely sandy beaches like that along the coast near us but usually far busier and the main beaches at La Tranche and Les Sables have "animations" in season with lots of noise and thump-thump "music" from local radio DJs and such.  This was low tech and peaceful.

I grow Love and Wishes in a pot and take it in during the winter.  Great news @Busy-Lizzie Cash buyer every time, hope everything goes well for you.
Having real problems with my eyes again tonight, looks like a call to the doctors tomorrow.  Had a lovely time with Secondborn and the boys this afternoon.  Secondborn went to see mum. She said she was very down when she arrived but cheered up by the time she left.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
Grey and wet here ... OH is at home today so I’ll have company in the studio. Supper will be home made sausage rolls with new potatoes and salad ... think I may get a bit damp getting the potatoes and lettuce ... but at least there’s not a lot of watering to do ... all the pots had a good watering at the weekend and with hardly any sun here since the pots are still nicely damp.
