    Evening all.
Plenty of chat to catch up on tonight.Ā
Recalling backwards as best I can...

I hope Rasta is doing ok 🐶
Punkdoc - that is super rude and very disrespectful to you both. One less person to send a Xmas card to suppose.Ā
I hope your discomfort soon goes away - a miserable thing to have Yviestevie.
    Great lettuce pods Dove!
Hope the weather has calmed Floralies.
    Smashing Hedgehog pic Hosta.
Your place looks superb DDamsel - hope it’s been a brilliant day.
I hope everyone else: Busy, Obelixx, Pat E, Fairygirl and anyone I have missed, are doing ok.Ā

Home-made (ish) fish and chips here so I’m just about to serve... have a pleasant evening all.Ā

I've just poured her a large G@T. Ironically I am not drinking, until I finish my course of oral morphine.
If it is dry tomorrow, she will go and visit a proper friend, she needs to get away from me for a bit.

She deserves a large drink @punkdoc, I hope she has a happy visit tomorrow.

Poor Rasta, sounds as though she's had a pretty awful day.

We had a lovely day in Southwold, started at the pier, went along the promenade to Gun Hill where we had our picnic sitting on a bench looking at the sea. When I was a child I used to sit on the canons with my sister and we would pretend they were horses. Saw my grandmother's old house from there. Then we went up the High Street which was one way for pedestrians. Everyone was social distancing politely and it wasn't overcrowded.

Then we drove to the harbour and, @Dovefromabove, yes, the fish huts are open. I bought a sea bass and a lemon sole. I also bought a pot of mussels and a pot of prawns which we will have tonight in a risotto with red onion, red sweet pepper, courgette and mushrooms.

Looks beautiful there @Busy-Lizzie Ā ... enjoy your fish ... we’ll be down there soon to get some. 😊
Looks like all the idiots went elsewhere šŸ‘Ā

@AuntyRach he’s out there now making the last few lettuce pods ... I’ve just taken him a cuppa 🄰.Ā

It’s not just peas and beans that have pods you know šŸ˜‰Ā

@punkdoc ... tell her not to worry about you while she’s out ... we’ll keep a stern eye on you šŸ˜‰Ā

Your day sounds lovely @Busy-Lizzie.Ā  Ā Rasta is fine thanks.Ā  Ā No groggies, no wobbles, very busy.Ā  I'm impressed.Ā  Ā  We haven't yet been to our usual fish market at Les Sables yet but we did have some lovely local sardines for dinner from Leclerc with spicy, lemony chick peas and cherry tomatoes.Ā  Ā  Yum.

We've been busy pulling ragwort today.Ā  Ā Surrounded on 4 sides by cattle or horses so it has to go.Ā  Ā I've checked and no cinnabar moth caterpillars on any of them.

We had another huge storm this evening, the lightning was continuous for half an hour, very spectacular. The wind wasn't so violent as last night so the sat dish has stayed in place with the help of a scaffold pole underneath it. I hope @D0rdogne_Damsel managed her opening ok as storms were forecast for her area. Hoping for a day tomorrow without a storm. Night all.
