Well, some good news at last, just spoken to sister who says mum seems to be recovering from her COVID. I'd swear she is going to out live me!
She has not been told that I am in hospital.

Quick hello whilst grabbing a bite to eat.

Good news @punkdoc - that your mother is well, not that she'll possibly outlive you.  ;)

Just going to post a pic on my deck thread, it's moving along nicely now and so far the weather has been kind. I've virtually finished in the kitchen, I need to re-organise the basement but can't do that until the plumber has finished putting in the new toilets.

So, I am hoping to get some gardening done, I am a bit worried the grass will be dead under all the wood....not a lot I can do about that yet.

Anyway, must dash, have a good day all, @Hostafan1 have fun!

Good news indeed @punkdoc 😊. Now you’ve got to concentrate on getting well yourself cos your mum is going to expect to see you when all this madness is over.  Not to mention the fact that you and I owe each other a few pints 🍻

@D0rdogne_Damsel that sounds amazing ... if you carry on dashing around like this you’ll be in danger of catching yourself coming back 🤣

@pansyface No news from you today!  Did you have any effects from the courgettes yesterday?
Wrong thread, think you mean this one https://forum.gardenersworld.com/discussion/1041809/just-my-luck/p1

Glad about your Mum, punkdoc, now you have even more reason to get better yourself, Mum will be looking forward to hearing from you.

I've been gardening, dead heading, tidying, sweeping rose petals. Malvern Hills was very battered by the rain.

Hi folks,  Been sowing foxglove and wallflower seeds today.  Also did lots of deadheading in the front garden before having cake and tea in the back garden with Bestie.  Lovely day.
@punkdoc glad to hear your mum is much better and hope everything goes well tomorrow.
