Does anyone know if Moira will be letting us know how @punkdoc 's surgery went?

That would be good but I rather think she may have bigger worries and priorities at the mo than keeping us informed.   Must be stressed to bits so I do hope the outcome is good for them both.

It is trying to rain.   Ahead of schedule and not a lot so far.  I have been wrangling summer bulbs, rescuing them from pots where they've languished for 2 years now and splitting them for planting out in borders.  No idea what they're called any more as bought loose at a plant fair with no label but 2 varieties, white or pink flowers and supposedly highly perfumed.   Not lilies.  Not galanthus.  Not agapanthus.   Any ideas?

That is one huge deck @D0rdogne_Damsel.   Hope it's completed in time.

What a pain @Busy-Lizzie but good that you have a plan B.

Good to have a clear out @Yviestevie.  Fancy letting the robin have all the worms!

Eurgh, so yesterday I ordered a few much needed bags of compost but delivery is said to be 7-10 days, up to 3 weeks possibly :o Today I've found compost I could have here in a day or two from a little local garden so do I put yet another delivery in or not?!?!?

Yes!!!   Help out your local garden and better to have too much than too little.

I wish I hadn't got the order at the bigger place done now as I'd much rather buy from these! Plus the plants I had from them today we're lovely and super quick delivery

Sounds like a good place to adopt then and become a regular.

Order placed. Oh well, hopefully I can be back in the garden sooner rather than later now!

I find small family run GCs often have better plants and are cheaper than big ones.

Can’t print from the iPad, essential for Ryanair tickets. We’ll have to go to Curry’s as soon as they open for a new Laptop. Bother.
