    Good morning @D0rdogne_Damsel 😊 ☕️

Morning all/afties Pat if you're there....
Yes - I turned on and watched it @Dovefromabove. They did an item on Landward a while ago. The site at Easdale is the famous one - tiny island, slate quarries which were flooded  :)
I'm not averse to a little skimming myself - I don't think any of them need to worry about my skills [or lack thereof]  though... ;)

@punkdoc, still a stressful time for you with your mum, but as the others say - at least you're all seeing it the same way in the family. I hope things get better soon. x
Grumpy delivery driver - but you got your stuff in @D0rdogne_Damsel - good show. Good for Charlie too - hope he enjoys it. He can flog them some of those lettuces too  ;)
Taxi duties soon - I hope the buses could get back to normal soon! Hopefully get a walk after wards before the rain. I'll send some down the pipe to you @Allotment Boy ...

    Hi all

Was outside potting on at silly o'clock, when we had a sudden storm, drenched by the time I got back to the house.

Didn’t get our promised rain here - going to have to get the hosepipe out this evening 🙄.  Another hot day in store so, other than potting on some tomatoes first thing, Its going to be another quiet one here.  Temperatures drop tomorrow, so the digging can wait.

Glad you have unity about your Mum @punkdoc.  Thinking of you all.

Morning. I was awake at 4:30 ish, the sky was eerie pink and we had a rain shower. It was like one of my relaxation podcasts, but real.

    Have a good day all.

No rain here, despite the forecast and I'm annoyed because I emptied nearly all the water butts yesterday evening thinking they'd be re-filled today.

I've just finished my siliconing on the bath, truly a horrible smelly job - let's hope it's okay.

Did you fill the bath first @Lizzie27? That's the best way of doing it, otherwise it separates as soon as you fill it and get in  ;)

BAck from the coal face. GRRR @ Management dogma.
I woke at 3.30am and it was raining hard, bang of thunder, then it all stopped.
Everything dry by the time I went to water terrace at 5.30.

What a hot day we are having today!!  I had to go out this afternoon to supermarket hoping that no one would be there.  There weren't many people, luckily and most wearing masks.  I have been looking for some plants for my pool but at the garden centre, delivery hadn't been made.  SO - I found by chance some watercress seeds at Aldi, so am off to sow those - then it will be wine o'clock and a cool down with Alexander and Richard on Pointless.  White wine with a dash or Roses Lime Cordial - too easy to skull down!!
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.
