It does seem strange doesn't it @AuntyRach, I have trouble remembering which day of the week it is sometimes, they are all blurring into one another. I hurriedly watered a climbing rose I had forgotten about yesterday and tied it in, then hung the washing out. A lazy afternoon in the sunshine beckons - again!

@Yviestevie, that is such good news, your mum must be a real trouper. Fingers crossed she continues well.

Wow @Nanny Beach, you put me to shame. My friends all think I am hyperactive or Wonderwoman, you certainly make me look tame in comparison.Ā  :p

Good news @Yviestevie , so pleased to hear some good news.Ā  :)

OH has weeded, cut grass, edged beds and made the garden look gorgeous. I’ve baked bread, tried to weed the chard seedlings and dozed on the sun lounger when my neck has hurt. It’s very frustrating but I am so lucky in my choice of OH as my Undergardener 🄰

It’s Mother’s Day here. The sun is shining but there’s a very cool breeze making outside sitting rather tricky, planted some potato shoots that appeared in my potato bin under the sink. Might get some spuds after winter. šŸ™„

    Good morning all 😊 ā˜•ļøĀ
    Have a lovely Mother’s Day @Pat E šŸ’Ā
ive Just had the best night’s sleep for a fortnight and although there’s a little achy soreness in my neck/back/shoulder, there’s nothing like the pain there was and I’ve not had a painkiller since 10pm. Cross your fingers for me folks šŸ¤žĀ
ive just had a wander around the garden and a sit in the quiet corner while the kettle boiled ... it really is lovely out there 😃
Hope everyone’s had a good night and that the cold snap were getting isn’t as cold as they say it will be 🧊

Thanks Dove. I hope you enjoy the sunshine. It probably helps more than painkillers šŸ™„

ive been pottering around a bit, but there’s not much that I feel like doing. Our son rang earlier and we had a chat 🄰. Daughter will probably ring later. 😁

    take it easy.
