I think she was waiting for a bit for her t'interweb @punkdoc.
I saw a bit of an episode last year that he was in @Busy-Lizzie, so I assumed that's what @Nanny Beach was talking about. I rarely watch the prog now, so I didn't know if it was all clips of previous shows.

Morning all ☀️☀️☀️ Another beautiful day ahead of us.  Too hot to garden, so will do some more sitting.  Temperatures back to normal next week, so will make the most of the Riviera whilst it lasts.

Chicklets appendix saga continues.  She’s been on antibiotics for the last week as one of her keyhole wounds got infected.  Infection now gone but wound taking a long time to heal. Visits to the practice nurse to get dressings changed now booked in every other day for the next week 🙁

I thought Will Young came over very well, he gave a very thoughtful view on how gardening had helped him overcome his health issues.

I know it will be controversial to say this, but I thought Monty's garden looked lovely.

I'm not a fan of his music ( bit nasal ) but he always comes over as a really nice guy when I've seen / heard him interviewed

Hi everyone not been on much lately - no special reason. Finally finished the bench painting not been on it all the time of course waited over 2 weeks for the spray paint. Its not as green a colour as it looked on line when we ordered but it will have to do. Because it's so fine there was a lot of wasted spray but I got the finish I wanted. Need to take a better pic without my cardboard "spray Booth"

Hi folks, Lovely bench @Allotment Boy  I've been out in the garden all morning. Finished planting up containers exept for the 4 new troughs.  I need something that likes the shade in there to go with the begonias.  I'd quite like some ferns that I could leave in permanently.  If the garden centres open next week I'll go for a browse and see what they have.  I've also fed the cannas, clems and perennial pots.
Just popped in for a bowl of salted caramel ice-cream yum.
Tomorrow is day 14 since mum tested positive for Covid.  98 years old with virtually all of the top high risk problems and no symptoms at all.  She is really amazing. I'm beginning to wonder if it was a false positive.  Keeping fingers crossed that her resistance continues.

I hope your Mum keeps safe and well @Yviestevie 🤞

Up early to do the shop for us and MIL, two washing loads on line, one Viburnum pruned, one small bed weeded and now on the deckchair with a cuppa. Warm here with sun and some clouds. It’s the last warm day for a while though.

Hope you are all enjoying the weekend (if anyone still refers to Saturday and Sunday in that way!).
