Hi again. Home from the coal face.
Turned out to be a lovely day. I even removed my jacket mid morning. Scorchio.
I was passing one of my FAVE customers who I've not delivered to in ages. Her husband was on the drive and waved, so I stopped and he tapped the window so we could have a natter and a catch up

hi Dove, this could turn into a competition!!
I doubt it ... I’m the most uncompetitive person
    you can imagine 🤣

Glad you had a good day @Hostafan1 😎
Think I need to do some watering.

    Afternoon folks.
Lovely to come home from work and be sitting on a deckchair watching little fluffy clouds go by. I might have nodded off for a few minutes too 😬

Hope everyone has had a good day.

It's been a lovely warm day.
I've had a wonderful afternoon. A friend told me about a local nursery which has a farm shop. We went last year and bought a couple of plants but I assumed they were shut, at least the garden centre/ nursery bit. But as they had the shop which sells veg, meat, cheese etc they were allowed to open the plant sales too if they took precautions. It was great, really well organised. Orderly queue outside, trolleys wiped down. When you went in they offered you hand gel or plastic gloves. There were arrows on the floor to show the way around. Had to keep 2m distance. Loads of fruit and veg, local fresh asparagus and strawberries, great butchers counter, bread, pies, cakes, biscuits, jams etc. There was flour! And baking powder and yeast.

When you finished buying food you put it in the car then you could go to the plant sales to show the food receipt to the lady there to show that you had been shopping for food. More hand gel. There were loads of plants, good prices, perennials, annuals, veg etc. I bought 11 perennials (detailed in the gardening purchases fred).

Poor OH waited by the car, he was very patient.
We had lemon cake for tea in the garden when we went home.

@Dovefromabove - have you never had or thought about a steroid injection into your shoulder joint?  I was very sceptical but after four years of pain, misery and sleepless nights gave in and had one done about 18 months ago and a 2nd back in February. Best treatment I've ever had and no exaggeration to say it changed my life. It was painless as well!  The GP's are still working, surgeries are open, they are all geared up with PPE so you could probably go and get it done quite safely.

I'm waiting to get a steroid injection in my hand but they aren't doing them at the moment so I'll have to wait.  I had them for my back but they didn't work.  I'm hoping they sort the hand out though.

I had a similar problem in my right shoulder a couple of years ago, and with manipulation and exercise it got better ...  :/

Hope it does for you Dove, neck manipulation, physio and exercise didn't work very well  for me but a monthly professional back and shoulder massage worked wonders I found. Not an option at the moment though.

Sports massages work for me.  I have a very nice young Italian man that sorts my back out on a regular basis but as you say that's no good at the moment. :'(
